Oatmeal, Astrology, and Awakening Journal
[00:00:00] Looking at these old photos, I barely recognize myself. I was stuck in the rat race, unhealthy and disconnected. My journey to awareness wasn't simple, but it started with two things, oatmeal and astrology.
I'm K. Renae, and I am coming to you on January 3rd, 2026. It is 3:09 AM I'm up at this crazy hour because I am all about the astrology of things and I am experimenting with electional charts. And so I'm utilizing this moment in this time. To set the stage, plant the seed start, what will become super huge for me, and that is oatmeal and astrology.
I know, like, what am I even talking about? Oatmeal and astrology. I am going to share the two things that have enriched my life. Unbelievably, like the [00:01:00] person that I am now. Versus who I was before is clearly, clearly defined by me incorporating oatmeal and astrology into my life. They're my constants. It's like ritual that I didn't even recognize.
Oatmeal is the only meal that I really enjoy making, and I do it every single day and I hate cooking. Um, I love to eat, but I hate cooking. Oatmeal is the reason that. I'm so nourished. It's how I nourish other people. Astrology is why I am so like aware now and just so conscious of, of what my intentions are.
It is this tool that is, that's helped me to navigate. My life as it is in the present moment, helped me navigate the past to unlike unlock things that were, you know, kind of hidden to me. Um, [00:02:00] whenever someone is put in front of me and they need help and, and they're asking me something and they're, you know, just trying to pick my brain about whatever it is that they have going on, I realize that what I always share.
Is oatmeal and astrology. And I know the oatmeal part is like, what the hell am I talking about? But you'll get it. And I can't wait for everyone to just hear my journey and for me to continue my journey, sharing it, learning so much more and so much more about astrology. I've ha I have been on a whirlwind with astrology all over.
I feel like I've been all over the moon with it. So many different ways to practice. There's astrology can be very political and I, I didn't know that at first, but, you know, many different, methods and, and I've explored. So many of them I've [00:03:00] gotten deeply involved with them. I have been, made a believer of so many, like this is the way only to then expand to something else, always something else.
I'm always looking and looking and, you know, trying to audit what it is that I think I've arrived to, and always testing, you know, these conclusions that I might make. Trying to find holes and, and just opening up my world with just so much curiosity. And it's beautiful. And I always want to share what it is that I'm learning, especially when it's like really helping.
And I've had so many false starts. I have started a million fucking podcasts. I don't even know how many I've started. And I have finished absolutely zero. Zero of them. I have followed through on zero. Um, I don't follow through really with anything. This is what I know about [00:04:00] myself now, and it's just so easy for me to say it and identify that, you know, challenge that I have going on.
That is clearly explained in my astrology as well. But with that, it also helps me to figure out ways to, work with what is innate within me and to challenge myself where I know I need to be challenged to capitalize on where my strengths are. And. One of the main reasons why I never pulled the trigger, I never pulled the trigger, rather in the past, is because, like I said, I studied so many different modalities, so many different ways and, and so many different metaphysics.
And when I get into it, you know, I never felt right bringing it fully to people in this way. If I didn't know at all. If I didn't know a lot, a lot, a lot. You know, I wanted to be perfect and perfect. Is. Like, not a thing, but tell that to my [00:05:00] very strong, Saturn in Virgo and my Virgo North Node. We'll get into that later.
But I always felt like I needed more. I needed more. I needed more. I needed to know more. I never wanted to be, um. Asked a question that I didn't have the answer to, and so I never felt really fully ready enough, even though I was helping myself, like clearly helping myself and progressing in my personal life, helping the people like my circle, my family in their personal lives as well.
I, I felt like this responsibility, let me, okay. I did feel a responsibility, but the truth is, is that I never wanted to look stupid. I always wanted to just make sure I knew it all, you know, before I came out. But now I have arrived in a different space and it is much to do with this [00:06:00] activation, a lot to do with the third and ninth house.
And Chris, Brennan said it really, really beautifully. Um, he didn't know he was speaking to me directly, but this ninth house, third house axis, what are you learning? What am I learning? What wisdom am I picking up? Astrology and all these other things and, and learning it and teaching it as I learn, you learn.
I learn so well by teaching. And to say teaching was always like this thing, can I really be saying that, you know, yes, I can. yeah, so I'm ready to do this real, for real here. I'm K.
